The Company
Powder River was founded in 2021 by Jordan Van Royen and Derek Harper. We are both business owners, franchisees and regional developers and it became evident that there is a big missing link between the dream of owning a business and opening the doors. That missing link is construction and development and a lot of prospective owners are left to navigate this on their own with few guidelines and limited experience which creates financial pitfalls and inconsistent results. We work with the mentality of a new business owner as well as experienced builders and provide consistent quality in every state across the country removing the unknowns that waste time and money for new business owners.
We have experience working in some of the most regulated states and local governments in the nation as well as working for some of the largest property management companies in the country.
Our processes and procedures are designed to adapt to any environment and satisfy even the most heavily regulated sites.
We also have extensive experience working with SBA programs and we are set up to fulfill all of their potential requirements.
